Demand Driven Training and Education

For many years training and education within organisations has largely

been delivered at the convenience of the trainer rather than the

learner. New internet technologies allow training and education to take

place at lower cost and at a time determined by the learner rather than

the provider.

In compliance training we have found that on-line learning alone can, in some cases,

meet the need of the learner. However, in most cases we find that a blended learning

approach often provides the best learning experience. In blended learning both on-line

and face-to-face learning are employed.

specific training and education and to help companies translate existing training to an on-
